Steve Jobs' Son Starts Investment Firm With Focus on Cancer Treatment

Steve Jobs had previously died due to cancer in 2011. Now, in an effort to overcome the disease, Steve Jobs' son, Reed Jobs has started a new investment firm with a focus on investing in the development of cancer treatments.

The new firm is named Yosemite in conjunction with Steve Jobs' wedding location. The firm has raised $200 million in funding from a number of institutions and investors, and will focus investments on companies that develop treatments and drugs for cancer.

Perhaps we will hear about this investment by Yosemite in the coming months. There are several parties that are developing treatments and drugs for cancer, including Amazon and Moderna. It is also said that a vaccine for cancer may be available as early as 2030.
