Touch 'n Go has launched the ParkInsure insurance plan for any incident that occurs when the vehicle is parked in the parking lot. Through Parkinsure, customers can receive compensation of up to RM70,000 for permanent disability or death if involved in an accident in a parking lot.
They can also receive compensation of RM1500 if they are victims of robbery and there is a case of vehicle theft in the parking lot. ParkInsure can be subscribed at a price of RM5 per month through the GOprotect hub, in the Touch 'n Go application.
This compensation payment will be given if the vehicle is parked in 1350 parking spaces that accept payments using Touch 'n Go. Customers can choose to buy Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad takaful insurance or Allianz Malaysia Berhad conventional insurance.
