If before WhatsApp has enabled the reaction feature with emoji on status. It will be even better when users can react with avatars.
This new offering allows users to not only react with better emotional expressions than simple emojis. In fact, it is also able to create a more interactive communication experience than ordinary emoji or stickers.
In total, up to eight types of avatars will be provided such as smiling, happy, laughing, crying and others. However, users are only allowed to choose one avatar animation at a time, then the reaction notification will be sent in the form of a message to the recipient.
However, don't worry because emoji reactions can still be used as usual and can be selected through the small tab provided. For now it is still under development, and will be available in future updates without sharing a specific timeframe.
