Apple TV+ is a video streaming platform that focuses on Apple Originals as well as exclusive content that cannot be accessed on other platforms. The monthly subscription price is one of the cheapest compared to competitors which is RM29.90 per month and Apple gives 7 days of free subscription as a trial.
Recently, 9to5Mac reported that Apple has ended the 7-day trial offer in the UK and South American markets. New customers now have to stay subscribed for a month and have to remember to turn off the subscription before being charged for the second month.
This is said to be common for streaming platforms to offer free subscriptions for a limited period. Netflix did the same thing once upon a time. Despite this, Apple still offers a free three-month subscription with every purchase of a new Apple product.
