CIMB Asks All Users to Update the CIMB Clicks Application

 

CIMB is now issuing a reminder to all their customers to update the CIMB Clicks application in order to continue using banking services on mobile devices. Effective September 18, 2023, CIMB Clicks requires users to use application version 6.1.110 on iOS, or version 4.1.109 on Android to continue accessing the banking service.

Users can check the CIMB application version they are using by opening the CIMB Clicks application, and then tapping on the “?” icon. at the top right end of the main screen of the application.

Users who are still using the old version of the application may have difficulty accessing the banking service.
