The Community Notes feature in X is now being expanded to include videos. Now the community can do self-checking to deny or refute claims in chats that contain inaccurate information.
According to X when a video receives Community Notes, the notes that have been written will automatically be placed under a new thread that re-uploads the same video. The main issue of social media is the spread of untrue information without any censorship. It can cause various perception problems especially when it comes to sensitive issues.
