Garmin is here with two new updates for wearable devices under the Venu series. Known as the Garmin Venu 3 and Venu 3S, both are seen as potentially continuing the series' capabilities with respect to exciting upgrades.
Garmin Venu 3 is equipped with a 1.4-inch screen with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, while the Garmin Venu 3S screen is 1.2-inches with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels. Both offer two frame sizes, 41mm and 45mm, which use color touch AMOLED screens and multi-colored silicone straps.
Both also have a host of standard health and fitness features that include heart rate monitoring, sleep patterns, SpO2, daily pressure and over 30 built-in sports modes. But among the highlights is the brand new sleep coach and automatic sleep time tracking. In addition, there is also a built-in wheelchair mode that can track the number of chairs pushed throughout the day, while also providing specific tracking for wheelchairs.
The included battery can last up to 14 days of use for the Venu 3, while the Venu 3S can be used for up to 10 days in smartwatch mode.
Also complementing this watch is a built-in speaker and microphone which means phone calls can be answered and messages can also be replied to directly from the watch.
The Garmin Venu 3 and Venu 3S each retail for $449.99 (~RM2,088) but no details on availability in Malaysia are known at this time.
