The current conundrum about Garmin's new wearable device has finally been answered after the brand confirmed it is now offering the Venu 3 and Venu 3S in Malaysia. Both are sold at a price of RM2,220 and official availability will start on September 11 through authorized Garmin distributors throughout Malaysia.
For the specifications, the Venu 3 is equipped with a 1.4-inch screen with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, while the Venu 3S screen is 1.2-inches with a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels. Both offer two frame sizes, 41mm and 45mm, which use color touch AMOLED screens and multi-colored silicone straps.
Also included are various built-in standard health and fitness features. But the most striking feature is the brand new sleep coach and automatic sleep time detection. In addition there is also a built-in wheelchair mode that can track the number of chairs pushed throughout the day and special tracking for wheelchairs.
The included battery can last up to 14 days for the Venu 3, then the Venu 3S can be used for up to 10 days. Complementing it further is a built-in speaker and microphone which means phone calls can be answered and messages can also be replied to directly from the watch.
