Getty Images today announced the launch of the Generative AI by Getty Images service. Through it, customers can generate stock images for their own use that are trained using the Getty Images image collection. According to Getty, this does not result in intellectual property being stolen from its owner.
For this service Getty works with NVIDIA which has some of their own generative artificial intelligence (AI) models. Generative AI by Getty Images clients can generate images of various sizes by simply entering text.
The generated images can then be used with a license and can only be used by them. This image will not be included in the Getty collection for other customers to use.
