The GoPro Hero 12 Black was launched today with an increase in recording duration. On a single charge, the GoPro Hero 12 Black can record up to 2.5 hours of video at 1080p 30 settings thanks to their new Enduro battery.
This action camera is equipped with a 27MP 1/1.9″ CMOS sensor that allows video recording up to 5.3K 60FPS. A new interesting feature introduced is that the camera can now record audio from AirPods or any bluetooth earphone on the market. The lens with a viewing angle of 156° has a hydrophobic coating that ensures no water droplets stick to the lens.
There is also an additional lens accessory that allows recording at an angle of 177°. This camera is durable and can be taken diving up to a depth of 33 feet. The new Enduro battery used is also designed to operate in cold conditions which would normally cause normal batteries to run out of charge faster.
The GoPro Hero 12 Black starts at $400 (~RM1870) for the camera alone and goes up to $480 (~RM2286) with some additional mod accessories.
