Telekom Malaysia previously offered customer service support to Unifi users through the @helpmeunifi account on X. However, it is not certain why, but the @helpmeunifi account appears to have been suspended on the social media service owned by Elon Musk.
Responding to inquiries regarding it, TM through the @unifi account stated for users to connect and communicate through the @unifi account for the time being.
Previously, last year, TM had terminated the Unifi Community which became a local page for various queries and references involving Unifi products. TM then ended it and asked people to connect with them through social media such as Facebook.
Perhaps with obstacles to social media accounts like X, TM needs to look at alternatives such as re-establishing something that is completely under their control, or look at some other alternatives in offering customer service.
