Along with the Meta AI announcement today, Meta also announced support for producing artificial intelligence (AI) generated images that are built directly into Meta AI. With this step, users can easily produce or generate an image based on text input only.
To use it, users simply need to call @MetaAI on applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger – and then use the “/imagine” key to start generating the desired image.
Also interesting is that this image generator is free to use, and produces high resolution images.
For now, the Meta AI feature is being rolled out gradually in beta form, starting in the United States first.
