Nintendo Switch 2 Has Been Shown To Developers With Ray Tracing Capability

Nintendo Switch 2 is believed to be launched next year with improved specifications. According to a VGC report yesterday, Nintendo has already shown this console to developers in a closed meeting at the Gamescon event that took place last month.

A Zelda: Breath of the Wild game demo at a higher resolution and frame rate was shown alongside The Matrix Awakens which became a tech demo after the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X launches. DLSS and Ray Tracing systems are also said to be supported on Switch 2 later.

The Switch won the console wars last generation. Many Nintendo fans are looking forward to a new console that can match the capabilities of the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Based on the demos shown, the Switch 2 has a chance to continue the success of the original Switch despite arriving later than its competitors.
