Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Is Said to Have an Easily Detachable Watch Strap Issue

Samsung Galaxy Watch6 is the world's first smartwatch with Wear OS 4. Not only that, this watch is also equipped with better fitness and health monitoring features, faster performance and the return of the rotating bezel feature.

The big change to this watch is a new watch strap with a pin mechanism that makes it easier for the owner to remove it. No more annoying to insert pins from one part to another.

It seems that the design of the new watch strap mechanism brings about the problem of being easy to detach. When the watch is worn tightly on the hand and there is light movement, the button is easily depressed and the watch strap keeps coming off. This allows this watch costing more than RM1000 to drop.

An official workaround is not provided by Samsung. Thankfully, because there are still watch strap pin mechanism systems from older models or third parties that use the same system can be used on the Galaxy Watch6. That is the best solution now.

While I have been using this watch, even to this day – this issue has not happened to me. Maybe for some sets only? How about you?
