Samsung's new phones have received four Android version updates and five years of security patches over the past two years. Therefore today we regret to inform you that update support for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ has been officially discontinued.
Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ launched in August 2019. After four years no more security patches will be issued. Last year Android update support was stopped with it remaining with Android 12 only. Being commonplace Android devices are supported for only five years.
If longer update support is important to you, the Fairphone 5 is the most suitable device as it will be supported for 10 years by its manufacturer.
