Not just a set of MX Meta Quest 3 ships launched on this. The second generation Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses were also shown this time with the support of artificial intelligence Meta AI. It is offered in two designs namely Wayfarer and Headliner with Jeans, Rebel Black, and Caramel color variations.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 Gen1 chip and equipped with a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera. With this, users can not only take photos and videos, but can also stream directly to Facebook or Instagram. Five microphones on the frame allow 360-degree audio to be recorded. Video recording is up to 1080p for 60 seconds.
Other improvements lie in speakers that are 50% louder and bass that is 2X more powerful. Add another Meta, this year's glasses are also capable of operating for up to 36 hours with a single charge. For the first time it also has IPX4 waterproof capabilities.
The glasses can be fully controlled with voice commands. With the “Hey Meta” command, the Met AI can be invoked to take pictures, start streaming sessions and send pictures to friends.
