Today Toshiba Malaysia has launched three new attractive televisions namely Toshiba Z670M, Z870M and also M550M. The selling price of their new television is RM3,999. Here are the details of each television.
Toshiba Z870M
This model is a VIDAA OS smart television that uses a mini LED screen panel with a size of 55″ or 65″. This new Toshiba television is powered by the REGZA Engine ZRi chip which is powered with artificial intelligence.
This TV can also display Dolby Vision and HDR 10+ content. The Toshiba Z870M is equipped with a REGZA Bass Woofer PRO front-firing speaker system with REGZA Power Audio Pro+ and Dolby Atmos tuning.
Toshiba states that this TV is also suitable for gaming with a special mode, supporting 144Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync, low latency auto mode and IMAX Enhanced. Apple AirPlay 2 support is also available and this TV can also be included in the Apple HomeKit ecosystem.
Toshiba Z670M
Also VIDAA OS televisions with sizes of 55″ and 65″. Only this time both use LED panels and focus on gaming completely. This TV also uses the same REGZA technology as the Z870M.
The main advantage is the 144Hz refresh rate of this TV, an adaptive type, VRR. IMAX Enhanced support, AMD FreeSync and others are also retained. To provide an immersive gaming experience, the audio system is equipped with REGZA Bass System and Tru Bass Booster.
Toshiba M550M
This television uses REGZA Engine ZR technology with Color Re-Master Pro but the audio system is still the same which is REGZA Power Audio PRO, Tru Bass Booster and REGZA Bass Woofer.
The screen panel is LED with Quantum Dot color technology. It supports Dolby Vision and HDR 10+, 4K, Dolby Atmos and even Apple AirPlay 2. This TV will be sold at a more affordable price. Only this TV runs Google TV unlike other models.
For now, Toshiba Malaysia will only sell the Z870M and Z670M models. More details of the M550M will be announced later.
