After introducing the ability to send photos in HD resolution, now WhatsApp has announced that they have started to introduce the feature of sending videos in HD to everyone – gradually.
With this step, it simultaneously allows WhatsApp users to send videos with a higher resolution than before. This at the same time avoids the rate of video quality falling sharply like before.
WhatsApp previously limited sending at high resolution due to limited internet speed and device storage. But, with the development to the 5G arena, in addition to the improvement of storage technology on the device, now WhatsApp is starting to introduce the feature of sending at a better resolution.
In addition to this feature, WhatsApp is also found to be testing a feature to send photos and videos at original resolution through the messaging service.
