Meta today announced the official introduction of WhatsApp Channels to everyone, allowing anyone to create their own channel on WhatsApp.
For those who are not familiar with WhatsApp Channels, it is a one-way communication channel provided by WhatsApp. It is mostly used by media organizations, brands, etc. in sharing current updates directly on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Channels is located in the Updates section - where you see your friends' WhatsApp Status updates.
