WhatsApp today announced the introduction of a number of new features, called Flows. Through this feature, it focuses on businesses in making it easier for users to interact and make reservations or purchases without leaving the WhatsApp application.
It works like a mini application, where users can book an appointment, fill out a form, book a flight ticket, customize a product, and do various other things. WhatsApp Flows allows all this to be done without leaving the WhatsApp application.
Several partners have been selected and integrated these WhatsApp Flows, including Redbus in India. It is likely that this feature will take some time before it is introduced globally.
