Windows 11 Update Coming September 26, Including Copilot Support

Microsoft today announced that they will introduce the next Windows 11 update on September 26 for all existing Windows 11 users. The new update will be known as Windows 11 23H2.

The main focus of the upcoming Windows 11 update is Windows Copilot integration support – which includes generative artificial intelligence conversation support – more or less the same as Bing Chat.

This will simultaneously allow users to control various things and settings on the computer, launch applications, and as in Bing Chat, ask various questions and get direct answers easily.

Copilot will be integrated into the entire operating system, and is expected to facilitate users in daily productivity matters. Users can also access this Copilot with the Win + C shortcut key.

In addition, Windows 11 will include a number of new features, including AI integration on Microsoft Paint to help in removing background images. In addition to Paint, Microsoft will also integrate a number of AI features on Photos to simplify the photo editing process.

Notepad, on the other hand, will be added with automatic saving support to avoid accidentally losing something typed.

File Explorer was also given a new breath and design, while Microsoft also simplified the process of transferring various data and documents through the new Windows Backup software.

Some other features that will also be present in this Windows 11 update include built-in RAR format support without the need for additional software, the ability to read text from images captured by the Snipping Tool, as well as updates to Outlook with support for more email accounts.

For existing Windows 11 users, don't forget to prepare for the new update of the Windows operating system starting on September 26, 2023.
