X or formerly known as Twitter has now updated its service policy, adding a few things. In addition to stating that it will collect biometric data, now X also stated that it will collect various information that is publicly available on the platform in order to perform machine learning, as well as train artificial intelligence models.
As many are aware, X is widely used to share a number of things - including the latest news, current info, and various personal opinions. These data are very valuable, and can be used in training powerful AI models.
Elon Musk is about to announce the formation of a company focused on artificial intelligence, called xAI. With this move, it will make it easier for X to continue training their models and lead the arena.
Elon Musk stated that X will only use open data, and will not use any DM in training their AI models.
