The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is ready to introduce the integration of driver's license and motor vehicle license on the MyJPJ application, at the same time bringing the digitalization of JPJ services one step further. In addition to the feature, JPJ aims to introduce the facility to renew the license directly through the application.
Now, sharing further, JPJ says they aim to offer all services involving JPJ directly through the MyJPJ application by 2025. With this step, it will make it easier for users to only have to focus on one application if they want to get or consult services related to JPJ.
The 2025 target is also placed in line with the department's aspiration to achieve a comprehensive digital level for the services under them. Regardless, it still depends on several things, including involving MyJPJ's own development system.
