Apple's New Application – Journal Expected to Arrive Via iOS 17.2 Update

When iOS 17 was announced, there was a new application introduced by Apple, namely Journal. Through it, Apple wants to restore the activity of writing a journal or post as a daily activity that was once a normal thing before becoming a blog, as well as being expected to be integrated with mental well-being features.

Today the Journal app is finally available, but for now it's limited to iOS 17.2 Beta 1 users only. The application allows users to insert photos, put music they listen to, exercise activities, audio recordings, record important moments and also receive topic suggestions for writing something.

The application is also completely encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone. Only the writer has access, and can read posts. Everything happens in the device and the application is also locked with biometrics such as a pin or Face ID. Apple iOS 17.2 is expected to be distributed to the public around November and December, and may open Journal access to all users around the world.
