During the launch of Google Pixel 8, Google also announced an update to Google Assistant which is now integrated with their generative AI, Bard. This makes the Assistant a more powerful virtual assistant than the competition that can even help reply to messages with AI-generated text.
Recently 9to5Google has gained access to the Google application beta version 14.41 and found some additional information that was not shared by Google. Assistant with Bard is said to be limited to the Pixel 8 first, then the Samsung Galaxy S24.
Only after Samsung did the Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 devices receive this support followed by the Samsung Galaxy S23. After this feature is distributed to Pixel and Samsung users then Google will offer it to all Android and iOS users as announced during the last launch day.
