Freepik is one of the familiar names among graphic designers, where the service is aimed at obtaining various content involving graphics. Most recently, Freepik continues to expand their portfolio and has taken over the stock photo or photo trading platform, EyeEm.
With this acquisition, it will allow Freepik to have access to over 160 million photos available on EyeEm's photo library.
For now, it is not known yet whether the EyeEm branding will be retained or otherwise. The value of the takeover is also not disclosed at this time.
