Game Console With First Intel Meteor Lake Chip Shown

One of the advantages of the Intel Meteor Lake processing chip that will be launched at the end of this year is its advantage to be used by computer devices with a variety of different designs by offering good performance and energy consumption efficiency that has not been shown before.

Recently, Emdoor, a device maker brand known for their small-sized PCs and tablets has shown their latest offering, a portable gaming console such as Steam Deck, ASUS ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go.

Named EM-GP080MTL, the official specifications of this console are also shown, which include the use of an Intel Meteor Lake-H CPU, memory options up to 32GB LPDDR5X, and support for one PCIe Gen4 SSD that can have a storage volume of 2TB.

In terms of graphics support, Emdoor says that the graphics chip built into this Meteor Lake-H CPU, which is Intel Arc 5, will provide twice the performance compared to the previous Intel Iris Xe graphics chip. It is not surprising when it is seen that this Intel Arc 5 chip is developed based on the same technology that developed the Intel Arc Alchemist graphics series.

In the meantime, this console is also seen to come with an 8-inch LCD screen display, and through the screenshots shown in the video by Notebook Italia, it is capable of running AAA games such as God of War, but at resolutions and settings that have not been announced so far.

For now it is still unknown when this console will hit the market, or if it is just a concept device.
