Grab is improving their in-app services through several available features, namely Saver Delivery, Group Order and GrabUnlimited Subscibe Plan. According to Grab, the improvements through the features in the application are aimed at further improving the strength and performance of their services while providing a better service experience to all users of the GrabFood application.
Through the Saver Delivery feature, Grab allows all users to use the feature 24 hours a day at all types of restaurants nationwide that provide Grab services. This improvement promises a service with a low delivery charge rate through the option of 'Saver' delivery settings. However, there are several other delivery setting options such as Direct, Standard and Order for later.
Next, Grab also improved the Group Order feature by allowing it to be joined by contacts who want to order food together just by using a QR code and the order tracker can be shared. What's more interesting, Grab also provides a bill calculation function (smart bill calculation) that makes it easier for users to divide the amount of payment without having to calculate it manually, but this function is still not available at the moment but will be launched in the near future.
Third, Grab also provides an unlimited subscription plan feature called GrabUnlimited Subscription Plans with a new subscription price list that is said to provide more savings to users. Subscriptions start from RM4.90 for a month's subscription or RM3.99 a month for a year's subscription.
Based on the improvement through the three features in the application, it indirectly shows Grab's efforts in improving their services over time.
Users of the GrabFood service application will also receive benefits and savings benefits through dining vouchers in restaurants (dine-in vouchers) and not through online orders alone.
Grab is also testing the Stamp Cards function which allows merchant partners to reward their loyal customers and indirectly increase customer loyalty whether through online ordering or dining in stores. However, the benefits of these Stamp Cards can only be enjoyed by users in November.
Users of the Grabfood application can take advantage of all the improvement features provided by Grab so that this double savings profit can be fully enjoyed.
