Content uploaded to Instagram is now easier for users to move through several new features introduced by Meta today. The first feature is Transfer Your Information which allows users to download all Instagram photos and videos simultaneously. This feature was previously only available on Facebook.
Next is the Activity Off-Meta Technologies feature that empowers users to prevent their activity outside the application id from being shared. Through the in hub, data shared by certain sites can be blocked one by one by the account owner.
With more detailed data control, the power is all in the hands of the user and no longer Meta. Issues involving the use of user personal data have previously caused Facebook to be sued several times by authorities.
