After testing the ability to place a location on Notes, Instagram will now allow users to share selfie videos through it. In a brief statement posted through the Channel page of Instagram's CEO, Adam Mosseri said that the feature is currently being tested.
Works the same as the video sharing feature on Stories before, users can make a recording by just tapping on the dedicated button provided.
After finishing recording, the video clip can be shared which will then appear as a profile picture on Notes. At the same time, users can also add specific text to the post if they want.
The length of time for a video clip that can be recorded is also unknown at this time. But the video clip will be displayed on Notes for 24 hours, unless the user himself deletes it manually.
Once again it is said that this feature is still in the testing stage which will definitely be improved before it is officially distributed later. For the record, the same feature has also been offered through the Stories feature which has also been improved with a larger size.
