Today, the Road Transport Department is ready to offer the JPJeQ application that makes it easier for users to get queue numbers before dealing at the JPJ office counter. The application is offered separately from the MyJPJ application, thus making users have to have several different applications to deal with the department.
However, things are expected to change soon.
Sharing at the JomLaunch 2023 event that took place today, the development team at JPJ stated that the JPJeQ application will soon be integrated into the MyJPJ application. This will make it easier for users to only have one application for various matters involving JPJ.
Its development is underway, and integration is expected to be introduced soon.
This is in line with JPJ's previous partnership stating that by 2025, all JPJ-related services can be accessed directly through the MyJPJ application.
