MYAirline, one of the flight service providers in Malaysia today suddenly announced that it will suspend operations effective today, 12 October 2023.
MYAirline stated that this step was taken due to financial pressure, and is looking forward to the restructuring of the flight service. There is no date given when it will be back in operation.
In parallel with this announcement, MYAirline asks passengers affected by flight cancellations to contact MYAirline via email at customercare@myairline.my. At the same time, the affected passengers are also asked to make other plans to ensure that their travel arrangements are not affected.
For now, there is no timeline given regarding when MYAirline will resume operations.
