You may not know that before Netflix became a popular video streaming platform, they offered subscriptions for movies in DVD form. This service continues until this year and was only recently discontinued.
Most recently, Bloomberg reported that Netflix still wants to venture into the physical store business with the upcoming launch of Netflix House. It is a restaurant and shop selling Netflix items according to their content themes just like in Netflix.shop.
The store will also include an immersive zone to experience the world of hot Netflix TV series or movies such as the Stranger Things Rewind event at Menara KL last year. Netflix House is said to open in the United States starting in 2025. There is no information if Netflix will open Netflix House in other countries including Malaysia. Let's wait together.
