TM today officially announced the introduction of an update to its broadband product offering, Unifi. Under this new update, several things were announced, including the start of offering packages at 100Mbps speed and a special 30Mbps package for the Rahmah Package, in addition to offering 1Gbps and 2Gbps packages separately without having to subscribe to the Unifi TV package.
New Unifi Package Offer – Starting at RM89 Per Month For 100Mbps
Under this new offer, now the Unifi package starts at a speed of 100Mbps at a price of RM99 per month. However, for a limited time, TM is offering it at a price of RM89 per month. Here are the new Unifi package offers, up to 2Gbps:
100Mbps – RM99 per month (RM89 per month for a limited time)
300Mbps – RM139 per month
500Mbps – RM159 per month
1Gbps – RM289 per month
2Gbps – RM319 per month
In addition to the 30Mbps package, the 800Mbps package is also no longer offered under this new plan. Even so, TM says they will continue to offer the Rahmah Unifi 30Mbps Package to the B40 community, the disabled, the elderly and veterans, at a price of RM69 per month.
By updating this plan, TM simultaneously increased the average speed rate for users in Malaysia compared to the present.
Internet Speed Upgrades For Existing Users
For existing Unifi customers, as a thank you for the support, TM stated that all existing customers will receive a speed upgrade to the next level for free.
This means that if you were previously using a 30Mbps package, you will be upgraded to a 100Mbps package. Likewise 100Mbps to 300Mbps, and so on.
These upgrades will be done gradually to all users. TM aims that it will take up to 3 months before everyone receives this speed upgrade. Unifi customers will receive notifications through normal communication mediums (such as SMS, email and so on) when receiving this internet speed upgrade.
Bundle Unifi 100Mbps + Unlimited Unifi Mobile For RM149 Per Month
Along with the update for this new Unifi plan, TM also announced that it will come with a new Unifi Mobile offer soon.
Currently, the Unifi 100Mbps + Unifi Mobile (unlimited 4G / 5G) subscription bundle with a free 5G smartphone is offered at a price of RM149 per month. This will simultaneously allow users to stay connected not only through broadband lines, but also when moving out of the house through the 5G network.

In addition to all this, TM continues to offer good customer service to users, through the MyUnifi application, and what is interesting is the service guarantee plan to return within 24 hours or be given a financial rebate - which is not offered by other providers.
