OneDrive Updated With CoPilot Integration

Microsoft has launched Windows CoPilot, a generative artificial intelligence system that chats like a human and generates images based on user input. CoPilot can be launched using the Win+C button.

Recently, OneDrive was updated with CoPilot integration and also received a new interface. According to Microsoft, this is their third generation OneDrive. The interface design used is the same Fluent Design on Windows 11 and focuses on a new home page that is easier to access files.

Folders now support color, there is an AI-powered “For You Section” content suggestion, you can search for files according to their own categories, there is Add New that allows you to continue creating Microsoft 365 documents quickly, then Share view and People view will be easier to see shared files as well as monitor who has access.

The built-in CoPilot feature is to power the search engine on OneDrive, where users can use a simple prompt to find more specific files, find who sent them, won't accidentally open unwanted documents and CoPilot can also suggest who the user wants to send to. a file.

Most of these new features are being tested with limited access, Microsoft expects to roll out stable versions to everyone by 2024.
