Along with Oppo's announcement, two more sub-brands operating under Oppo, namely Realme and OnePlus - each announced the same thing, where HeyTap Cloud cloud service support will no longer be supported for Malaysian users.
With this move, Realme and OnePlus users will also not be able to use the Cloud Sync, Cloud Backup and Cloud Drive features. No new data will be able to be uploaded after this.
Users who use this service, especially for syncing the Photos, Recorder and Private Safe applications are requested to download the saved data as soon as possible before it is completely deleted from the storage by May 2024.
