Shopee is now introducing an instant delivery feature, or called "Instant Delivery" for users in the Klang Valley. Through it, Shopee allows people to receive goods quickly, within about 2 hours after the purchase is made on Shopee's e-commerce site.
This at once leads to an all-new and fast shopping experience. Users can make a purchase and receive it in just a few hours – and can use the purchased item immediately.
Shopee states that this feature is supported by a number of sellers, in the Klang Valley. The delivery period is around 2 hours after purchase, between 9am and 9pm. This support is available if the distance between the buyer and the seller is around 30 kilometers.
In terms of cost, for the first 4km distance, Shopee Instant Delivery costs RM6 for delivery, and it increases by RM1 for each subsequent kilometer up to a maximum of 30km.
To make this happen, the ShopeeFood courier will pick up the goods and deliver them to the user. Shopee also sets several other limits on items that can be sent through Shopee Instant Delivery, including a maximum weight of 10kg, in addition to items with a size of 30x30x30cm.
