TCL Launches 4 Television Models In Malaysia With Google TV Support


 In addition to launching the TCL 40 NXTPAPER series, TCL Malaysia also launched 4 new television models for the local market. Each of these televisions has its own uniqueness such as IMAX Enhanced support, Mini-LED screen, running Google TV, and also comes with a 144Hz refresh rate variation.


TCL QD-Mini LED 4K TV C755

This is a premium TCL television model with a Quantum Dot Mini LED screen panel. Has several screen size options from 50″ to 98″, supports 4K UHD resolution, refresh rate up to 144Hz VRR, Dolby Vision IQ display, IMAX Enhanced and also HDR10+ with 1300-nits HDR brightness. This TV is powered by an AiPQ PROCESSOR 3.0 chip and runs Google TV.



For audio, the TCL C755 comes with 2x 10W drivers and 1x 20W driver, with 2.1 channel support. The audio system is powered by Dolby Atmos and also DTS-HD + DTS Virtual X. This TV also focuses on video games with Game Master 2.0, there is HDMI 2.1 support and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.



TCL also allows users to watch 4 screens at once with Multi View 2.0 or broadcast content with Apple AirPlay 2. This TV can also be a device-connected hub, supports web camera connection for teleconferencing, and comes with a premium design, thin bezels and an elegant look.


TCL Mini-LED All-Round TV C845

The TCL Mini-LED All-Round TV C845 comes with the same television specifications as the C755, but the size is limited from 65″ and 75″ only. Still using the Quantum Dot Mini LED panel, 4K UHD, HDR10+, IMAX Enhanced but the brightness is HDR 2000-nits brighter.



The speakers used are ONKYO with 10+15 Watt and 20W drivers, and support Dolby Atmos. Other features and functions such as AirPlay 2, Game Master 2.0, Google TV and a connected device hub are included.



TCL C645

The TCL C645 comes with a QLED panel, offering screen sizes of 50″, 55″, 65″, 75″ and 85″. The television still supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ displays, but the refresh rate is limited to 120Hz only. This television also comes with an operating system powered by Google TV.



The audio channels included on this model television are only 2.0 with Dolby Atmos as well as DTS-HD Decoding + DTS Virtual:X via 2x 15W audio drivers. Gaming features are limited to Game Master with HDMI 2.1 and AMD FreeSync support. TCL guarantees the best display quality with satisfying colors powered by AI for a more satisfying viewing experience.


TCL P745

Last but not least is their basic premium television with an LCD panel, which is the TCL P745 model. This television series comes in 85″ and 98″ size options, with HDR10 and Dolby Vision display support. It also comes with game mode support through Game Master feature activation and AMD FreeSync.



The audio system is with 2.0 channel support, Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD via 2x 15W audio drivers. Still running Google TV and powered by the same chip as the TV models launched today. This TV however does not support AirPlay 2. Users also need to download a number of features manually on this basic version television model.
