After actively opening several charging stations in several selected places, today Tesla has opened their first showroom located at Pavilion Damansara. They even featured the Tesla Model 3 at today's opening event.
For the Malaysian market, the Tesla Model 3 is offered in two versions, the rear-wheel drive version at a price starting at RM 189,000 and a dual-motor version at a price starting at RM 218,000. Even the Tesla Model 3 that was brought to the Malaysian market is an updated version, and brings a variety of new features including a quieter cabin and a new design of front and rear lights.
In fact, they also announced their readiness to test drive the Model 3 which will be announced soon. Apart from the Model 3 and Model Y, other Tesla products will also be sold in this showroom including chargers and their product collection. Tesla also announced that their Supercharger will also be available at Pavilion Damansara around next year and for now they are providing their 'Destination' chargers at this location.
You can still order the Tesla Model 3 which will start shipping later this year, or if you still choose the Model Y, the delivery will be in early 2024.
