The Threads application is seen to continue to improve its features in providing a better experience for users. Most recently it will appear with the ability to display the number of times a status uploaded has been seen by the user. Citing a brief statement posted through the official Threads account belonging to Instagram's chief executive, Adam Mosseri said that the feature is currently in testing.
There is no further disclosure about how this feature will be displayed but it is expected to work the same as the View Counts feature in the X (Twitter) application before. This means that users can view the statistics publicly, which in other contexts actually helps users to explore what topics are of current community interest.
In the meantime, this application is also said to be able to easily pin a status on the top of the profile. At the same time, users can also use the feature to pin any interesting comment on the status if they want, which concept is similar to the status pin ability on the previous Instagram application.
Once again it is said that this feature is still in the testing stage which will definitely be improved before it is officially distributed later.
