17th CLLA Cyberview Cohort Participants Receive Up to RM9.6 Million in Returns in 3 Months


 The 17th cohort of the Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator (CLLA) program has brought down the curtain with eight local startups showcasing their final products for investment opportunities at Demo Day. Among the companies involved include Ever AI Technologies, ProSales, Mesolitica, Favoriot, LekirTech, Beebag, HappyPreggie, and Smartoptz Technology.



Looking in general, the presentation of the whole idea is more of a Smart City concept that includes Smart Living, Industrial IoT and Digital Solutions. All companies are seen trying to further increase investor confidence which is an important prerequisite in capital formation. Here is the full list of presentations by selected companies for this program:



Ever AI Technologies – Artificial intelligence (AI) based technology solutions to be more accessible. Through it users can build, evaluate and use their own AI models without specific code. It offers an intuitive interface that makes machine learning accessible even to users with no specific expertise. Besides also enabling them to build customized AI solutions without large investments including technical support for business management and analytics.


ProSales – A user-friendly End-to-End Integrated PropTech Ecosystem Solution designed to empower digitization in real estate development. Through it it transforms the construction process, real estate sales and billing systems in providing high quality products to customers in the scheduled time.


Mesolitica – A solution that commercializes NLP (Natural Language Processing) research and development under NLTK Malaya's open source product that also maintains the latest Malay language. Through it, Mesolitica trains AI to understand the Malay language, in addition to offering conversational AI solutions that can help customers' communication channels in delivering quick responses easily.


Favoriot – A platform designed not only for IoT solutions, but also provides guidance for the learning process, teaching and the use of these solutions. It provides intuitive tools and comprehensive resources that make IoT technology easier for everyone including beginners, experts, developers, educators and students. At the same time, it also provides an ideal platform to create sophisticated IoT solutions through comfortable infrastructure facilities.


LekirTech – Service-oriented software solutions for developing systems, mobile applications and I.T. solutions. For example, like Cloudnify business management for different business purposes, then the Shopnify e-commerce solution is an inventory management software with many common features including integrated payment collection (LekirPay). Also offered is Accountify's financial management which is the company's accounting system, followed by AiLibs, a platform for generating AI content with a variety of languages and customized templates.


Beebag – A retail marketing solution and data analytics platform that helps brands drive offline sales with better customer engagement. Through it Beebag helps maximize savings on offline purchases by offering cashback from consumers' favorite brands by turning receipts and reuse into rewards.


HappyPreggie – A family health service system concept solution that provides digital access to health care assistance among parents including pregnancy planning and parenting activities. In addition, they also provide practical tips and guidance from experts to help live a healthier life more deeply considering that service is one of the main services offered by Happy Preggie.


Smartoptz Technology – A digital health solution that simplifies workflow in keeping care teams informed of patient status more efficiently. Through it they provide remote health monitoring based on IoT that can help patients to identify symptoms, monitor health and send emergency notifications remotely.

All of these companies underwent a five-month program that also received resources from Cyberview worth more than RM100,000 each. This includes workspace, business advice and hands-on coaching to help further complement business models and market access opportunities.


Then in the end all of them are said to have achieved success when they registered as many as 48 partnerships, generated an income of RM9.6 million, collected as much as RM530,00 and created up to 16 job opportunities. At the same time being among the cohort that managed to achieve quite proud achievements in a short period of three months and triggered a unique phenomenon of the local startup industry.



Not only that, there are also among the selected companies that successfully advanced to the final stages of Real Estate Beyond 2023 by PropTech Asia and 2023 ASEAN Korea AI YOUTH FESTA. In addition to receiving the best award at the ASEAN Social Enterprise Development Program 2.0.
