Coros Apex 2 Pro Gobi is now in Malaysia and this was announced through some new updates on the official social media. It is sold at RM2,199 per thread which can be purchased through authorized Coros Malaysia distributors. One of the important things to note is that only 1,500 units were produced worldwide, which means that the availability of units must be very limited.
Coros Apex 2 Pro Gobi is a durable watch suitable for climbing activities. In terms of design, it uses a round frame with a sapphire glass screen and a grade 5 aluminum alloy bezel. This is combined with a rotary knob and a single physical button on the side for additional control purposes.
The screen is a touch LCD with a size of 1.3-inches and a resolution of 260 X 260 pixels. Various built-in health and fitness sensors are included including heart rate monitoring, body temperature, pulse oximeter and Electrocardiogram (ECG). The use of the COROS APP together is highly recommended for a better experience.
At the same time the device is also compatible with other third party applications such as Nike Run Club, Komoot, TrainingPeaks, Strava, Relive, adidas Running and Apple Health. The included battery can last up to 30 days with normal use, then recharging can be done in less than 2 hours.
Other supported specifications include 32GB RAM memory, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS, map system (must be downloaded), music player and 5ATM water resistance.
