Google Meet “On-The-Go” Is Teleconferencing On-the-Go Mode

Google Meet has recently received an update with the addition of On-the Go features. It is a feature that changes the interface of the Google Meet application when the device detects that the user is moving such as in a car, walking or on public transport.

This On-the Go mode brings the design of giant buttons compared to normal. There are five main buttons which are Show presentation (press to see screen sharing), Mute (mute the microphone), Raise (raise your hand to ask questions), Audio (adjust the voice) and a button to turn off the teleconference session.

On-the-Go will exit automatically and the user is given around 3 seconds to choose to enter this mode or stay in normal mode. This mode can be used by all Google Meet users regardless of iPhone or Android.
