Insta360 Ace And Ace Pro Announced With Leica Lenses And 8K Recording

 


The Insta360 Ace and Ace Pro action cameras were officially launched today. Like the previously shared images, both cameras come with lenses developed in collaboration with Leica.



We start with the flagship Insta360 Ace Pro model equipped with a 1/1.3″ 48MP sensor paired with a Leica lens. It can record 8K 24P or 4K 120P video. A 2.4″ LCD touch screen on the back can be folded forward for easier vlogging mode. The entire body is durable and passes waterproof standards up to a depth of 10 meters and up to 60 meters using diving frame accessories.



Meanwhile, the Insta360 Ace is equipped with a 1/2″ 48MP sensor but is matched with a normal lens only. Video recording capabilities up to 6K 30p and also 4K 120P. Still has a 2.4″ touchscreen that can be rotated forward for self-video mode and the same diving durability. The only difference is that this model is offered at a more affordable price.



Like all Insta360 cameras on the market today, it has smart video stabilization features, long time-lapse recording, action detection, video transfer app support, and self-delete clips from recorded videos. In the United States, the selling price of the Insta360 Ace starts at $369 (~RM1722) while the Instaer360 Ace Pro starts at $443 (~RM2067).
