There is no doubt that the discussion about the breakdown of processing chips used in flagship devices under the Galaxy S series leads to the emotional instability of users. However, the trend is happening again since Qualcomm confirmed that some of the Samsung Galaxy S24 models will use Exynos processing chips.
This matter was shared by several sources who quoted Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon's statement during a recent financial report conference. However he did not say directly, but rather through a partnership in which Qualcomm will have a majority share of the chips used. This contrasts with last year's announcement where Amon said the S23 series all use Qualcomm chips. It clearly means that there is also a minority of it that can potentially be dominated by the Exynos 2400 processor that was announced earlier.
If this is true, it means that Samsung will return to the dual-chip strategy on its flagship devices. At the same time it is not yet certain how Samsung will divide its availability for each market. But at least the Galaxy S24 Ultra is believed to use Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy for all markets.
