Update 4.55pm : Bank Islam services are now back in operation as usual.
Bank Islam has now informed that all their banking services are temporarily suspended - making the banking services users unable to use for the time being.
This makes users unable to use various services including online banking, MEPS money withdrawal, and others.
For now, there is no information shared about when it will fully recover. Bank Islam stated that they are working to restore services as soon as possible and apologize for the difficulties encountered.
