It's Vivo's turn to launch the latest version of their operating system based on Android 14. OriginOS 4. According to Vivo, this operating system increases the speed of launching applications by up to 36% and the smoothness of animation increases by 70%. Artificial intelligence capabilities through virtual assistants have also been improved.
Another feature introduced is more options to personalize the device according to individual wishes. The use of Vivo Sans font design is further developed and it can also be changed according to the comfort of the user's eyes. The new Memory Fusion 4.0 virtual memory system better controls RAM usage.
OriginOS 4 will be given to devices in China by the end of 2023. On international market devices, FuntouchOS will continue to be used. At this time the Vivo X100 series will be the first to use OriginOS 4 which will be launched on November 13.
