Mark Zuckerberg today shared that WhatsApp Channels now has over 500 million monthly active users. This figure was successfully achieved by WhatsApp within 7 weeks since it was officially launched globally.
WhatsApp Channels are one-way communication channels provided on the messaging service - making it easier for people to follow various current updates easily and quickly.
Sharing about it, WhatsApp also stated that among the popular channels in Malaysia are Zoo Negara Malaysia, MyMDEC, Cereka, JomCheck, MIASA Malaysia and several others.
For those of you who want to develop your own channel, you can go to WhatsApp, open the Updates section, and then select Create Channel in that section. A
