The WhatsApp application continues to improve its features in order to provide the best experience for users, and the latest will appear with the ability to make surveys on Channels. It is known as Channel Polls which allows the administrator (admin) to make a survey and take note of public opinion.
It is also rumored that the feature can limit the response from the community to only one option. It will be very useful for administrators to understand more deeply about the opinions of their respective communities. Not only that, it can also help increase the involvement of each community in making a channel more interesting.
In addition to the ability to make surveys, WhatsApp is said to be adding stickers to Channels. Both of these abilities are still in the development stage, and it is not yet known when they will be officially introduced to everyone.
