Intel has just launched their series of Intel Meteor Lake processing chips for laptops, and Acer has shown two laptops that will use these processing chips, including the Acer Swift Go 14 and the Acer Predator Triton Neo 16.
Starting with the Acer Swift Go 14, it's a productivity class laptop powered by a choice of Intel Core Ultra 5 125H and Intel Core Ultra 7 155H chips. It also comes with LPDDR5 memory of 32GB and up to 1TB. It also comes with a choice of a 14-inch screen display with a resolution of 2880×1800 with a 90Hz refresh rate or a touch screen display with a Full HD resolution and also a 60Hz refresh rate.
In terms of plugs, the Acer Swift Go 14 is equipped with two Thunderbolt 4 plugs, two USB Type-A plugs, one HDMI 2.1 plug, one 3.5mm audio plug and an SD card reader.
As for the Acer Predator Triton Neo 16, this laptop will be powered by a choice of Intel Core Ultra 9 185H, Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processing chips. It will also be powered by 32GB LPDDR5 memory and 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.
In terms of display, the Predator Triton Neo 16 comes with the option of a 16-inch display with a resolution of 3200×2000 with a refresh rate of 165Hz and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC technology, and another is a 16-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1200.
In terms of graphics card offerings, this laptop has a choice of several graphics cards, the most powerful of which is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 which is powerful enough to run various modern computer games at high resolution without any problems.
Acer says that the Acer Swift Go 14 will be offered as early as January 2024 in some selected markets, while the Acer Predator Triton Neo 16 will be offered in March 2024 later in the same selected markets. For now it is not known when Acer Malaysia will bring in these two laptops.
